Lioness by Stella



This lioness is from Africa and lives with her pride. The lioness is a female. Lioness weighs around 130 kg!
They hunt food as a pride for wild animals. In the wild a lioness rests for around 20 hours a day .
I like it because it has no mane.

    What a great picture Stella! I like the lioness too. They are beautiful animals. There are lots of lions at Orana Park, have you ever been there?

    I like how you wrote a report on a lioness, so many people just focus on lions. You have included some interesting facts, like "they hunt food as a pride for wild animals." I like the picture you drew, it shows the lioness hiding before catching her prey. What is you favourite fact about a Lioness?
