Hand tree ball game

Hi there
On our walk this morning to take the dogs out we have been playing a family game... hand tree ball! The idea is we have to tap a tree with the ball. If the opposition touch you you have to pass the ball to the opposing team. So today team Sam and Jack beat team mum and dad fair and square!

    Hi Sam,

    that is one cool sounding game, a great way to get your body moving. We might have to give that a try once we are back at school. You are doing well to keep your body moving during this time. Do you have a favourite way to exercise?
