All Saints Day Celebration

On Friday the 30th of October, we celebrated All Saints Day. It is usually celebrated on 1st November and it is all about pray to the saints and for all those we know who have passed. We dressed up as a Saint such as St Therese of Lisieux, St Francis of Assisi, Euphrasie Barbier, St Aidan, and St Christopher, St Joseph. We went outside and played rob the nest, cat and mouse with the parachute. We also drew what a Saint was like and a place that made us happy. We felt prayerful, happy, and chill because of the day.

What do you know about All Saints Day?

See the photos below of our celebration day.

  1. Kia ora, we are room 4 from Tautoro School. We enjoyed the part when you all dressed up as different saints. We didn't know anything about saints or All Saints day and now we have learned a little bit from you. Next time, you could tell us more information so we can learn more.
